About West London Programmes

Founded in 1994 in Northolt West London Programmes gained a reputation for rapid and accurate delivery, as well as one of the largest stocks in the UK.

Moving to larger premises in rural Buckinghamshire in 2002, we now offer a wider range of programmes from a total stock in excess of 1 million items. We have over 62,000 different items, all searchable with ease. Using our Contact Page, you can register your interest in particular clubs. We will then e-mail you when new stock arrives or when we have something which may be of interest.  

Cheques are accepted, but will be cleared before any goods are dispatched, which adds about a week to our timings. There is now a minimum order for payment by cheques of £20. Payment by BACS or PayPal is also offered.

Postage and Packing Charges

Postage charges are quite hard to estimate using an automated system like ours. For some orders the charge will appear high, but we refund all excess, swiftly if you use BACS or PayPal or by completion of an endorsed cheque to the correct value (see Payment page).

Other Sports

Books, Tickets and Memorabilia

Frequent Questions

• Can I call round to see your programmes?
  We do not deal with personal callers under any circumstances
• If I need a refund, how long will it take?
  Any refund due will be dealt with promptly, paypal and BACs normally the same day.
• How do I find the Big Match section?
  We do not have one, but you can use our advanced search to look for Cup Finals, and then decide what competition, FAC or Football League Cup for instance. All big matches appear in the general listings for the club as well.
• My Club is not listed, have you got any?
  Email us with your club and we will check unlisted stock.
• How long will my order take?
  Normally we take 3 working days or less to dispatch, but this can be extended if you pay by cheque (clearance) or at holiday periods.
• Why do you want my email address?
  In case of problems with your order and to let you know if we receive items which may be of interest.
